For nearly 15 years, Land Radar by Close Converse has had the privilege of representing and selling thousands of acres of hunting/recreation land for PotlatchDeltic. This summer, PotlatchDeltic entered into an agreement with a Conservation Foundation to purchase the bulk of their remaining land in Minnesota. Now with the absence of Potlatch Land for sale, Land Radar is in the process of updating their website to be a “One-Stop” shop for all things land! Keep an eye on www.LandRadar.com
for exciting changes coming in 2021.
The transfer of land ownership from PotlatchDeltic to
The Conservation Fund was finalized late November 2020.
Over 72,000 acres changed hands. (Click on link below).
