Brett Anderson joins LandRadar.com
The LandRadar.com team at Close~Converse is pleased to announce that Brett Anderson is now on board as a land advisor. Specializing in rural vacant land, Brett will work with buyers and sellers of land for hunting, recreation, development and residential uses. In addition to researching and valuing land, Brett will advise buyer in securing the right property to serve their needs. Through its LandRadar.com website, Close~Converse serves PotlatchDeltic and other owners in 9 north-central Minnesota counties. Close~Converse also provides business and commercial brokerage & leasing services.
In addition to specific land education, Anderson has experience owning income real estate. He attended college in eastern Montana with a business/marketing degree and he received real estate education at the Kaplan Realty Institute. Brett spent 30+ years primarily in retail management, most recently with Thrifty White Pharmacy as a multi-store operations manager for northern Minnesota.
