Access
An approach and driveway into the southern portion of the property is located near the center of the property. Access to the northerly portion of the property, north of the Cat River, is via a woods trail through DNR land from 280th St just east of where the Cat River crosses 280th St. The trail leads north and west onto this property. Be aware that the portion north of Cat River may only be accessible in the winter because of wetlands. Securing easements from neighbors may provide more year around access to the north portion.
