PotlatchDeltic Sells 72,000+Acres to The Conservation Fund

For nearly 15 years, Land Radar by Close Converse has had the privilege of representing and selling thousands of acres of hunting/recreation land for PotlatchDeltic. This summer, PotlatchDeltic entered into an agreement with a Conservation Foundation to purchase the bulk of their remaining land in Minnesota. Now with the absence of most of our Potlatch Land for sale, Land Radar is in the process of updating their website to be a “One-Stop” shop for all things land! The transfer of land ownership from PotlatchDeltic to the Conservation Fund was finalized late November 2020.
